Refund policy
Have you received your order, but are you unhappy with one or more items, or is the size incorrect? You can exchange or return your products. Please follow the policies below:
- Try our insoles for 90 days. If you're not completely satisfied, send your insoles back for an exchange or refund. Sandals and shoes can be returned within 30 days in new condition.
- The products are not used or damaged.
- The packaging has to be as new.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense and responsibility.
To return the products follow these steps:
1. Download our Retour form.
2. Fill in the form and add this to the package.
3. Send the return to this adress:

When we received the return we will check and process the return within 10 business days. The refund will be proccessed trough the same payment method as used for your order.
