Description

The Run Insole is built for high-impact running. It uses nitrogen-infused supercritical foam that delivers a more responsive feel and returns energy with every step, helping reduce fatigue and maintain a consistent stride over longer distances.

A precision heel plug absorbs shock at impact, lowering the stress on your feet and joints. The reengineered arch support stabilizes your foot, while the top cover helps distribute pressure more evenly. Together, these elements improve control and create smoother transitions from heel to toe.

Compared to softer insoles that compress and lose support, the Run Insole is designed to maintain its structure during repeated impact. This results in more stability, less strain, and a more efficient stride throughout your run.

Choose the Run Insole if you are looking for more control, better shock absorption, and consistent support during running or other high-impact activity.

  • One size does not fit all.

Run insoles come in four arch heights – low, medium, high, or extra high – so you can get the perfect fit for your feet.

  • Like new, on demand.

Tread Labs insoles are made with a 2-part system: an arch support and a replaceable top cover. Easily replace the top cover to make your insoles like new again.

  • Guaranteed to last.

Our molded arch supports are built to last a million miles. If they ever break or lose their shape, we'll send you a new pair. No questions asked.

  • Built on breakthrough foam.

Nitrogen-infused supercritical foam delivers high-rebound cushioning that outlasts ordinary materials — comfort that keeps performing.

  • Together, They Rip.

Shoes protect. The Run Insole powers. Together, they deliver stride-correcting alignment, explosive energy return, and comfort that doesn’t quit. Less wasted motion. Less fatigue. More speed, more endurance, more PRs. This is running unlocked.

  • The Fix Your Shoes Missed.

Running shoes come and go. The Run Insole stays. Built with recyclable polypropylene, nitrogen-infused supercritical foam, and our Million Mile Guarantee, it’s the upgrade that stays with you run after run, changing how you train, race, and recover. One upgrade. Infinite miles.

  • Master Your Stride. Or Get Left.

Every stride starts with your foundation. The Run Insole stabilizes your arch, reduces joint stress, and improves running mechanics. Stronger form means more efficiency, fewer injuries, and faster recovery. Better form. Stronger runs. Fewer setbacks.

Fit It. Forget It. Fly.

No two runners are the same and neither are their arches. With four arch heights and 11 size options, the Run Insole dials in a custom fit your shoes can’t. The result: more stability, less slippage, and a stride that feels built just for you.

Engineered Where It Matters Most.

Impact begins at the heel — so we rebuilt it. The Run Insole’s precision heel plug absorbs shock, improves alignment, and helps you stay powerful through every stride. It’s a small detail with big results.

Stronger Stride. Fewer Setbacks.

Every misaligned step steals energy and increases risk. The Run Insole stabilizes from the ground up: aligning joints, improving form, and protecting against the injuries that cut training short. Run longer. Finish faster. Recover Stronger.
