I hiked once in these sandals and wore them on the streets roughly 20 times. The sole on both sandals began to detach. I reached out to Treadlabs since they offer a lifetime warranty on their products. I initiated a return per their instructions, and after my initial conversation, they went dark. I sent several emails to no avail. It's one thing to offer a lifetime warranty, but it is entirely different when there is zero follow-through. I can't imagine I'm the only guy who ran into this issue.

Super light and comfortable. Soles are grippy but don't trap lots of debris in the tread. Straps are strong and comfortable against your skin. Really nice sandal.

First off, these are very substantial sandals. They are not cheaply made. The footbed is the most comfortable of any sandals I own or have owned. Very happy with my purchase. Beyond that, the customer service Ireceived (particularly from Susan) was above and beyond my expectations. Before this experience, I knew relatively nothing about tread labs. But because of the quality of the product and the service, I will continue to be a customer and recommend their products.

I am telling everyone about these and kinda want all the colors now. Perfect arch support, footbed, straps, and buckles.

As a long time Chacos user who to stop wearing them due to wear and tear to my heels, these sandals are a lifesaver! The footbed is soft, the fit is comfortable, and the sandals are up for any activity I throw at it. My initial impressions honestly couldn't be better and I am glad I took the chance on these. As far as how well they hold up in the long term - we will see, but I am very happy with my purchase.
