You can easily determine your arch height in 4 steps. See the steps below.
To determine the correct arch height, you will need three things:
- Water
- Cardboard or paper
- Shower or tub
Step 1: Wet the bottom of your foot thoroughly in the shower or bath.
Step 2: Stand on the cardboard or paper.
Step 3: Step off gently.
Step 4: Compare the footprint with the images below.
